What is included with the monthly rent?
Your monthly rent will include landscaping, snow removal, maintenance inside and out of your home, water and sanitary sewer, weekly trash service, 24 hour emergency maintenance, and access to our community center along with our other community amenities. Utilities are not included with the monthly rent.
What is your pet policy?
We welcome up to 2 pets per home at Creekstone, and both cats and dogs are allowed. Although, some breed restrictions apply. We require a $350 pet cleaning fee upon signing the Lease Agreement. There will be a monthly pet fee of $50. The following specific breeds of dogs or dogs mixed with these breeds are not permitted: Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers or American Pit Bull Terriers), Bull Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, American Bulldogs, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, and Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
Do you have additional storage available?
Yes, we built a resident storage facility just off of Mason Road. The storage spaces are 10 x 20 and lease for $150 per month.
Do you offer a short term lease?
No, we do not offer a short term lease. At the initial lease signing, you may choose to sign a 1 or 2 year lease agreement. After the initial signing, all lease agreements will be a year long.
How can I pay for rent?
We accept check (made payable to: Creekstone), cashier’s check or money order. We also offer an auto-pay option via the Resident Portal. We do not accept cash.
What is Reasonable Accommodation?
The New York State Human Rights Law requires housing providers to make reasonable accommodations or modifications to a building or living space to meet the needs of people with disabilities. To request a reasonable accommodation, please contact the Property Manager, Ally Burdick by calling the leasing office or by e-mailing aburdick@pmhomes.com. You will need to show Creekstone proof of a disability or health problem that interferes with your use of housing, and that your request for accommodation may be necessary to use and enjoy your home or amenities offered by our community.
